Although poison dart frogs live up to their name in being poisonous, they don’t use this as a means of attack. Instead, it acts as a deterrent, with their brightly colored bodies signaling a warning to would-be predators. Unlike many creatures who rely on camouflage for both defense and hunting, poison dart frogs want to be seen – and in being seen they are protected. Call upon the poison dart frog when facing adverse situations. Know that you do not need to attack to be safe- rather you can where your power on your sleeve and trust that this will be a warning signal to any who seek to harm you.
